7. Record and Gather Your Clips

Get your Rss feed from your hosting service. Mine is feed://cmmayo.podomatic.com/rss2.html
Then add this to iTunes by going to http://apple.com/itunes/podcasts/specs.html
and following the simple instructions for submitting a podcast.
Once you do, iTunes will give you a unique link or URL that looks
something like mine, which is http://itunes.apple.com/us/podcast/c.m.-mayos-podcast/id387010490
and then add this URL to your website, blog, twitter, Facebook,
etc.
